Refunds & Returns

Below is our Returns & Refunds information. This information is designed to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us. We guarantee to refund any item you are not totally happy with, if returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please make extra sure your delivery address is correct and completed in full before submitting your order. IF your order is returned to our office we will be happy to re-send it free of charge on the first occasion. If your order is NOT returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds where the customer has made an error providing the correct shipping address.

Returns

Please note, we are happy to assist you with any queries about your order within 90 days from the date when the order is sent. Should you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you need to contact us first by phone, e-mail or social media to confirm your return. This contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any goods sent back without our express prior consent will only be sent back at your cost.

Returned goods must be NEW, UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL (untampered) packaging.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

For merchandise and other non-perishable items, there is a 24 month warranty period. We suggest that any goods should be sent back with a recorded service as we do not accept any responsibility for any returns lost in the post.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above. We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items back to us directly and privately. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next day services or other courier services.

Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Exchanges

Once an order have been processed, it may still be possible to alter it depending on which stage of the process the order is at. Simply contact our team by email (from the email address used to place the order) to see if they can help. We do not offer any product exchanges under any circumstance once an order has been dispached.

Refunds

If we deem that you have satisfied all the necessary conditions required to qualify for a refund, we will refund the cost of returned goods directly and NOT through the credit card system. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return and will be done by bank-to-bank transfer only, regardless of the method of payment initially used.
