Frequently Asked Question: How do I cancel or change an order?

If you have not paid for the order yet then simply ignore it and place a new order.  Our systems automatically delete unpaid orders within a month so no need to worry.  If payment has gone through, you may still cancel your order or change the intended delivery address at any time before dispatch.  All that you need to do is to send us an official request including your DHS reference number and proof of payment.  An admin fee of 10 Euros per order is applied to cancellations to cover bank fees and admin charges.  Once an order have been processed, it may still be possible to alter it depending on which stage of the process the order is at.  Simply contact our team by email (from the email address used to place the order) to see if they can help. Payments made on card will not be refunded to the card directly due to our system parameters and will instead be transferred directly to a bank account, the details of which will be provided by yourself. We respectfully ask clients not to pursue refunds through their card provider except in cases where fraud has been committed.
