Frequently Asked Question: Has my order been successful?

Have you have received a confirmation email containing an exclusive DHS reference number? If so then we have safely received your order. All that we now need to do is match your payment to your order and we’ll dispatch it straight away. If you have transferred the money via IBAN then please allow 3 working days for the order to be processed by the bank. For those clients paying by bank transfer; please make sure to attach your order number to the payment as the reference – this will massively speed up the process on our end. We will send you an email as soon as we have dispatched your order, including your track and trace code (if you have selected that option as an extra).
